Lochaber Leisure Centre in Fort William has a 25-metre swimming pool with lane swimming, family fun sessions, lessons and mobility-focused activities, plus a warm-water hydrotherapy pool. The centre also houses a modern gym with Technogym cardio and free weights, a sauna and steam room (open during public swim sessions only), and squash courts. There's an exercise studio for group fitness classes including Hyrox training, and a dance studio. Additional facilities at Lochaber High School include a large games hall for football, badminton, basketball and netball, a small gym hall, and an outdoor 3G pitch. The centre is accessible throughout with accessible parking, toilets, changing areas with hoists and walk-in showers.
