Small car park directly opposite the Centre; parking charges in place (short free period for roadside parking). Public parking in Glenmore for vans/motorhomes. Designated disabled parking space in the car park.
Only facilities we’ve confirmed are listed — anything missing here we simply haven’t checked, rather than know to be absent.
Britain's only free-ranging herd of reindeer, with around 150 animals roaming the Cairngorm Mountains and the Glenlivet Estate. Guided hill trips run most days to see them in their natural habitat, though winter trips are weather-dependent and the herd can be hard to locate. A paddock area is open from Easter to the end of the year for closer visits. The shop in Glenmore is open daily except January to early February.
Our shop in Glenmore is open daily (except Jan-early Feb) and there are guided Hill Trips on most days to see the reindeer. During the Winter, the Trip is weather-permitting, and also may be dependent on whether we can find the herd. Our Paddock area is open from the Easter holidays to the end of the year.
