Sandown Swimming Pool is the public pool at 1Leisure The Heights leisure centre in Sandown on the Isle of Wight. The centre has two pools - a 25m main pool and a separate teaching pool - offering casual swimming, lane swimming, junior swimming lessons, Aqua Babes baby and toddler water sessions, and weekend fun sessions. Baby changing facilities, baby and toddler seats and playpens are provided in the pool changing rooms, and swim nappies and armbands are on sale at reception. Both pools are deck level with easy-entry steps and a pool hoist is available, with two accessible changing rooms close to the pools. The adjacent pay and display car park offers free parking permits for swimming lesson families and certain memberships. Under-4s swim free.
