Barry Leisure Centre has a 25m swimming pool and a 13m learner pool, with swimming lessons run in partnership with Swim Wales. The gym includes a recently refurbished cardio gym, a new strength gym with free weights and resistance equipment, and an outside fitness area. There are 60+ group exercise classes a week, including Les Mills. The centre also runs courses in swimming, dance and gymnastics for all ages, plus public swimming sessions and kids' activities.
