New Quay Boat Trips runs wildlife-spotting excursions into Cardigan Bay aboard three vessels. Suncatcher, the largest, carries 75 passengers across two decks with a full-size toilet and snack bar; Dreamcatcher, launched in 2021, takes a maximum of 12 for a more intimate experience with 360-degree deck access; the classic Ermol boats carry 50 passengers with cushioned seating and partial canopy cover. Trips range from 1 to 4 hours and focus on spotting bottlenose dolphins and other marine wildlife. Lobster pot lifting trips let children handle the catch and learn about the local fishing industry — a return to the company's roots when founder Winston Evans took the public out on his family's fishing boat. All trips are fully guided. Dogs are welcome.
