Tenby Leisure Centre has a 25m x 8.5m main pool with depths from 0.91m to 1.98m, suitable for training or leisurely swimming, and a separate 8.5m x 8.5m learner pool (0.41m–0.76m deep) for younger children. The gym contains Matrix cardio machines, resistance machines and free weights. A sports hall hosts badminton, netball, football, table tennis, pickleball, bouncy castles and soft play, with children's parties available. The centre also runs swimming lessons for all ages, group exercise classes (13+), junior activities and school holiday programmes.
