Forfar Community Campus has a 25m, 6 lane swimming pool and a 13×7m studio pool with moveable depth floor. There's also a sauna and steam room, double games halls, a gymnasium, 50 station fitness suite, two studios and a squash court. Outdoors are two grass 7-a-side pitches, a grass 11-a-side pitch, a floodlit synthetic grass 11-a-side pitch, a floodlit MUGA with 3 tennis courts, and a grass rugby pitch. Junior activities and swimming lessons are on offer, and there is a café.
