Lochaber Leisure Centre has a 25-metre swimming pool with lane swimming, family fun sessions, lessons and mobility-focused activities, plus a warm-water hydrotherapy pool. There's a modern gym with Technogym cardio and free weights, a sauna and steam room (open during public swim sessions only), and squash courts. Fitness classes include Hyrox training, indoor cycling and other sessions. At Lochaber High School, the centre also runs a large multi-sport hall for football, badminton, basketball and netball; a small gym hall for group fitness; a purpose-built dance studio; and an outdoor 3G pitch.
