Peatlands Park is a 266-hectare nature park established in 1990 and managed by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency. Located in County Armagh, this Area of Special Scientific Interest (ASSI) features 16km of walking trails through rich peat bogs. The park is home to the only colony of Scottish wood ants in Ireland and features a narrow-gauge railway established in 1901. Visitors can enjoy wildlife spotting, bog walks, a visitor centre, picnic areas, and the park also hosts bog snorkelling events.
