Gosforth Leisure Centre (also known as Gosforth Pool) is a welcoming family leisure centre on Regent Farm Road in Gosforth. The centre features a 25-metre swimming pool for lane swimming and fitness sessions, a separate learner/teaching pool perfect for building confidence in the water, a well-equipped two-floor gym, fitness studio, and a sauna and steam room. Over 40 fitness classes are available every week including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxfit and aqua aerobics.
The pool offers Swim For All sessions suitable for all ages with fitness lanes on one side and open family space on the other, plus Family Fun Swim sessions in the teaching pool with toys and floats for babies and toddlers. Swimming lessons run six days a week for all ages from 3 months old through to adults.
