The Climbing Academy's Arc venue in Chippenham combines bouldering, roped climbing (including auto belays) and a free skatepark, with an outdoor climbing wall and kids' play park alongside. The dog-friendly cafe is open to the public, with indoor and outdoor seating. Family-friendly: kids' climbing classes run for 6-8s, 8-15s and 15+, with family taster sessions and holiday climbing for ages 6+. Under-16s must be supervised when bouldering (one adult per two children) and under-18s when roped climbing, with restrictions for under-8s. No booking is needed for bouldering - just turn up and hire kit at reception. Paid parking via RingGo, with disabled and bike parking on site; step-free access throughout.
