Bounce Below is a trampoline-style adventure inside a vast underground cavern carved into the slate mountain at Llechwedd. You explore 6 netted chambers across multiple layers, bouncing on the nets for up to an hour. There are 4 slides (grab a sack to speed down them) and a giant spiral walkway to navigate. The cavern stays at 6–8 degrees Celsius year-round, so it's weather-proof. The space is twice the size of St Paul's Cathedral. You'll wear a hard helmet, take a short guided walk through tunnels to reach ground-level entrance, and spectators can watch from benches overlooking most of the nets. A minimum height of 1m is required; under-13s need one participating adult per 7 children.
